1. Still rolling

With Naperville North's 33-7 DuPage Valley Conference victory over Wheaton North, the Huskies are 3-0 for the first time since starting the 2008 season with 10 straight victories.

2. Have a season

Glenbard North senior running back Vittorio Tricase nearly doubled his season touchdown total in Friday's 47-31 DVC win over WW South. Tricase scored 6 touchdowns and rushed for 179 yards.

3. Road warriors

After three straight road games to start the season - victories over Bolingbrook, Hinsdale South and York - Glenbard West finally returns to Duchon Field next Saturday for its home opener.

4. In the Valley

Neuqua Valley edged Waubonsie Valley 24-17 in Friday's DVC showdown in Aurora, and now the Wildcats own a 14-6 series advantage over the Warriors in their District 204 rivalry.
