St. Ignatius (5-1, 0-0) at Aurora Christian (4-2, 1-0) Game time: 7:30 p.m. Friday

The quick hit: Aurora Christian quarterback Drew Clippert enjoyed his second 500-yard passing game this season in last week's 55-28 win at Bishop McNamara. The senior completed 31 of 40 attempts for 533 yards and 6 touchdowns. His 2,470 passing yards and 27 touchdowns dwarf last season's 9-game total of 1,876 yards and 18 touchdown passes.

Marmion (5-1) at St. Laurence (4-2) Game time: 7:30 p.m. Friday

The quick hit: Marmion aims to bounce back from a 47-36 loss at Fenwick, the first setback of the season for the Cadets. They face another challenge at White Division leader St. Laurence in this Chicago Catholic League crossover. The Vikings handed defending Class 3A champion IC Catholic Prep its only loss in Week 2 (26-23).
