Fox Valley football postponements
Mother Nature wreaked havoc on season-opening football games all over the suburbs Friday night, including the Fox Valley, where every scheduled game in the region was postponed.
Games at Burlington Central, Huntley, Dundee-Crown, St. Edward, Jacobs, Crystal Lake South, Streamwood and McHenry were all postponed and rescheduled for the following times on Saturday.
Bartlett at Huntley, 2 p.m.
Larkin at McHenry, 6:15 p.m.
Barrington at Jacobs, 1:30 p.m.
Elgin at Dundee-Crown, 1 p.m.
Marian Central at Crystal Lake South, 1 p.m.
Genoa-Kingston at St. Edward, 7 p.m.
Hampshire at Burlington Central, 7 p.m.
Hoffman Estates at Streamwood, 4 p.m.
